!PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
You MUST ACCEPT the terms before proceeding to the order form!
G E N E R A L
♡ Commissions are NOT first come first serve. I may decline your commission if I feel unable to meet your standards OR I do not resonate with the character design. I have a right to refuse any commission request. Successful applicants will be contacted by email to confirm further details and payment.
♡ Please allow 3-5 days to respond to any communication. Do NOT rush me to finish if your commission is taking a bit longer. I am an individual with a personal life. I will do my best to give an approximate timeline. Please have patience and understanding.
♡ DO NOT SEND DESCRIPTIVE REFERENCES. I work best with ready character reference sheets/images. Anything sent without a visual reference may result in an additional design fee.
♡ Please do not claim the art as yours or use the model art for production of merch. Always include proper credit for me as your artist when posting online.
♡ In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design. I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Client.
♡ I do not consent to my art being used for the purpose of NFTs/AI training.
♡ Unless otherwise requested, I reserve the right to stream any and all commissions. Finished commissions and WIPs will be posted to my social media.N D A
♡ You, the client, may request that the design/model is NOT revealed. This means I will not be allowed to show the model in any way until after debut. There is a fee of +5% added to the total cost for this service.P A Y M E N T S / R E F U N D S
♡ All prices listed will be accepted in CAD only.
♡ An invoice will be sent only after details of the order have been discussed and confirmed.
♡ Payments/Orders will be processed and handled through PayPal. Payment of 50% must be given upfront before work begins on your commission. The remaining 50% will be paid after the sketch is completed and approved. Payment plans are available and open for discussion.
♡ Refunds will NOT be given after commission is complete. Partial refunds can be processed based on amount of work completed. The refund amounts/terms are non-negotiable. Do NOT issue any chargebacks until refund terms have been discussed and confirmed with me.S C H E D U L E / D E A D L I N E S
♡ You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment. I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.
♡ If a date/deadline was not discussed prior, your commission will be completed according to my own schedule. I will do my best to provide an approximate timeline.R E V I S I O N S / W O R K F L O W
♡ I will send a WIP ('work in progress') image after 50% of payment has been received, or the amount agreed upon. Please use this as an opportunity to request any major changes. Remaining 50% of payment will be due after WIP is sent and accepted.
♡ Adjustments and revisions may be requested, limited to (3) free revisions. Any further requests will incur additional charges. Cutting/separation is a service offered to any previous and current client at no extra cost.
♡ I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.
♡ Once finished, the commission files will be sent via email. The order will be considered complete and business concluded once the client confirms receiving the files.
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me. Violators will be blacklisted indefinitely and without warning.

What will I receive when I commission you?
You will receive 2 full resolution digital files - one (.PSD) and one (.PNG) of the custom artwork. VTuber model artwork is cut into rig-ready parts. It does NOT include rigging!How are the layers/parts separated?
The model will be cut into parts and separated on different layers to be ready for rigging depending on the specifications given by you, your chosen rigger, and my own personal choices. If you need more separation after completion, I am more than happy to offer this as a free service to clients.Can I save a commission slot?
I currently do not save slots for any reason. If demand is high enough, I may decide to open up a waitlist. This is to ensure I can get through my workload in a reasonable time.Do you offer rigging services?
I do not currently offer rigging. This may be an option in the future, once I am comfortable with my knowledge and experience! However, if you would like to work with me as a practice project, feel free to send me a message and we can discuss your plans!Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans are available to those that request it. Plans will be discussed individually. You will be expected to pay in installments over a limited amount of time. If you miss a payment or cannot fulfill a payment, your commission will be placed on hold until a payment is made.I'm a return client! Can I get a discount?
Absolutely! I am happy to offer a 25% discount to any clients who choose to return for any of my services ♡I have more questions!!
